About the name Why Volk? The name Volk represents our collective European ancestry and sense of identity. As an American of primarily German descent, with Irish and Scottish heritage, I’m (Johnny) a mix, like most of us. I selected 'Volk' with a V for its strong, striking feel, immediately conveying pride in who we are. It’s not about strict German spelling - it’s about embodying the essence of togetherness for our community.
